Experience also includes significant roles at Avanade, the Australian Department of Health, and SMS Management & Technology, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 with a focus on system architecture, consulting, and project delivery. Educational background includes a Master's degree and Graduate Diploma in Information Systems from CQUniversity and La Trobe University, respectively.
