Ana Ćuro Rukavina is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at �ٱ�ō�� since May 2023, Ana also operates as the Owner of Semita, where support is provided to small and midsize businesses in developing HR processes. Prior to these roles, Ana held the position of Head of Human Resources at Bornfight from September 2018 to January 2020 and served as Human Resources Manager at Degordian from February 2012 to September 2018. Ana's career began with a focus on marketing, holding internships and leadership positions in AIESEC, including working on international congress logistics and alumni engagement strategies. Educationally, Ana holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Zagreb's Faculty of Economics & Business.
