Thomas Mencia is a construction management professional with a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida International University. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Development Solutions, Inc. since October 2025, Thomas previously held the position of Project Engineer at Robins & Morton, where involvement included the UHealth at Sole Mia Ambulatory Care Center project.
