Sher Shah is currently the Vice President of Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank, focusing on UK equity transactions in the Energy, TMT, and Retail sectors. With seven years of experience at PwC, Sher was a key member of the London Capital Markets transaction team, advising clients on IPOs and complex M&A transactions. Prior to specializing in capital markets, Sher spent three years in PwC’s external audit practice, gaining insights into the operations of FTSE listed, private, and private equity-backed companies. Sher holds a PwC Flying Start Degree in Business Accounting and Finance from Newcastle University and is ACA qualified.
