Beatriz Castrillo is the Head of ESG and Non-Financial Risk Management for Spain and Portugal at Deutsche Bank, a position held since 2025. Previously, Beatriz worked at Santander UK Corporate & Commercial in Strategy & Corporate Development in 2015. With a solid foundation in regulatory and strategic projects, Beatriz has played key roles in developing ESG frameworks, climate risk taxonomies, and coordinating various audits throughout a progressive career at Deutsche Bank. Beatriz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and has pursued further studies in finance at 서강대학교.
