Adam Mitchell is a seasoned Senior Trader and Portfolio Manager with extensive buy-side and sell-side expertise, focusing on driving risk-adjusted returns across convertibles, equities, fixed income, and cross-asset strategies. Currently, they serve as a Senior Trader for Convertible Securities at Deutsche Bank and as Founder and Chief Investment Officer at Ladero Holdings. Previously, they held significant roles at Lazard Asset Management, where they managed risk positions and spearheaded client portfolio management initiatives, leading to substantial growth in assets under management. Adam also gained valuable experience at Wells Fargo, J.P. Morgan, and Goldman Sachs, enhancing their expertise in convertibles sales and trading. They are pursuing a Master's degree in Molecular Biology from Princeton University and hold a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University-New Brunswick.
