Alison Reed, CVA, is a Certified Volunteer Administrator with extensive experience engaging volunteers and managing staff across various sectors, including live music, museums, and retail. With 20 years of experience hosting performers, audiences, and community partners, Alison currently serves as the Manager of Volunteer and Patron Experience at the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. Prior to this role, they held positions such as House Manager at The Ark and Visitor Programs Manager at COSI. Alison is also certified in Volunteer Administration and has completed leadership training from the American Express/Center for Creative Leadership Academy and NEW Center/ZingTrain Leadership DELI.
