Engr. Mohammad Saqib Khan is a Trainee Mechanical Design Engineer at Descon since May 2023 and has also been serving as a Networking Fellow at McKinsey & Company since November 2022. With a strong passion for using data-driven strategies and innovative solutions, Mohammad specializes in strategy development, data analysis, leadership, problem-solving, consulting, and business innovation. Previously, Mohammad worked as a Graduate Fellow at Amal Academy, where significant investment in skill development was made. The early career experiences include an internship at Descon from September to December 2022, where project fabrication planning and workforce supervision were key responsibilities, and an internship at Pakistan Railways in August 2021, which provided practical application of mechanical engineering knowledge.
