Sarah Steele is a globally recognized Chief People Officer and HR executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. They served as Head of Human Resources at The Chester Grosvenor and Spa, followed by leading HR initiatives at Building Blocks from 2012 to 2018. Sarah held the position of HR Advisor at Phones 4u from 2004 to 2010 and currently holds the role of Global Chief People Officer at ¶Ù·¡±Ê°Õ®, where they partnered to enhance people and culture strategies since 2024. In addition to their executive roles, Sarah is pursuing a dual honors degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management at Keele University and a Master's in HR from the Chartered Institute of Personal Development at Manchester Metropolitan University.
