Radhika Mohandas is an Associate Copy Director with over 14 years of experience in creative digital advertising, brand building, and team development. They have worked with notable clients such as Starbucks, Toyota, and eBay, and have held various roles from Copywriter to Content Strategist. Since 2015, Radhika has been a culture-first team leader, mentoring other copywriters and crafting brand strategies. They have a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Mumbai and a diploma in Creative Writing & Film Appreciation. Outside of work, Radhika enjoys illustrating, watching films, and being an avid Indian cricket fan.
