Aidan Conlon is the Head of Risk, Assurance and Compliance at the Irish Prison Service HQ, where they implement risk processes and compliance frameworks across the organization. A Fellow Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland, Aidan has a diverse background in auditing, having worked at the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General and Pobal. They hold multiple diplomas and a Master of Arts in Leadership and Management from the National University of Ireland, Galway, alongside a recent certification in Strategic Management from Harvard Kennedy School.
