Rhys Ford is currently serving as the HR Transformation Lead at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this, Rhys worked as a Work Services Coach at DWP from 2009 to 2015, where they managed customer service operations and stakeholder relations. Rhys has also held roles such as Customer Service Representative at Three Nations Ltd from 2009 to 2013 and Enforcement and Insolvency Caseworker at HM Revenue & Customs between 2015 and 2016. Additionally, Rhys earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management (Human Resources) from Cardiff University between 2010 and 2013.
