Louise Neal Chartered FCIPD is the Head of Resourcing Centre of Expertise at the Department for Work and Pensions, where they lead initiatives in recruitment strategy. With extensive experience in the higher education and public sectors, they previously held roles such as Head of Recruitment at both the Department for Education and the Department of Health and Social Care. Louise founded Yorkshire Fillies Ladies Clay Shoots in 2016 to promote women’s participation in clay shooting and has contributed as a trustee at various organizations including Work Ltd and Sheffield Mind Ltd. They possess a strong background in HR policies, learning and development, and emotional intelligence assessments.
