Hannah Clubley is currently the Deputy Director for People Services, Reward and Employee Relations at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), following the role of Deputy Director - Recruitment Delivery. Previously, Hannah served as a Senior Reward Consultant at the Cabinet Office and as Head of Reward at both Secure Trust Bank and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. With a background in human resource management, Hannah earned a Master of Science from Aston Business School and a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages from Durham University. Their professional journey includes prominent positions in various government departments, focusing on pay, reward, and employee relations strategies.
