Neela Marikkar is the Chairperson and Managing Director of Dentsu Grant Group, where they have contributed over 30 years of experience in the advertising industry across the UK and Sri Lanka. Having inherited the business from their father, Neela has led the company to become the largest communications group in the country while championing social causes through impactful public service campaigns. They have consulted for the UNDP and participated as a speaker at prestigious forums, including the European Commission and Harvard University. As a past president of the 4A’s and charter president of the IAA, Neela has received multiple accolades, including the HK McCann Award and the Zonta Woman of Achievement Award.
