Ana Petian is a results-driven professional with over five years of experience in the legal field, specializing in people management and process optimization. They began their career as an Intellectual Property Specialist at Dennemeyer, where they progressed to leadership roles, significantly improving team efficiency and expanding team size. Currently, Ana serves as the Deputy Director at Esdent, where they coordinate teams, enhance processes, and contribute to recruitment efforts. They hold a Master's degree in Law from Universitatea „Lucian Blaga” din Sibiu and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov.
