Curtis Onuczko is a Senior Engineering Manager at Demonware since August 2022, overseeing a team dedicated to developing products in the player and game progression area for Call of Duty and other Activision titles. Prior to this role, Curtis spent 15 years at BioWare, concluding as a Senior Manager of Engineering, where responsibilities included career management for software developers and promoting technical excellence and operational efficiency. Earlier roles at BioWare included Manager of Quality Technology, where Curtis directed a team in creating tools for Quality Assurance, and various software development positions focused on designing internal tools and resource pipelines for game franchises like Dragon Age. Curtis holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Science from the University of Alberta, where also worked as a Research Assistant on generative design tools for gaming.
