Adelya Khayrova is a scientist with over 8 years of experience in biotechnology, research and development. Currently a Co-Founder and CSO at Demeter Bio, Adelya also served as a Senior Scientist at Entoprotech LTD, where they managed R&D for novel cosmetic formulations and secured 3 patents. Adelya has held positions as a Research Fellow at the Federal Research Centre “Fundamentals of Biotechnology” and R&D Manager at Biogenesis, contributing to numerous research publications and innovative solutions for ecological challenges. With an MSc in Chemistry with Management from the University of Bath and a PhD in Biotechnology from Moscow State University, Adelya is also a recognized winner of the BRICS Young Innovator Prize.
