Rob Vinks is a seasoned Civil and Hydraulic Engineer specializing in quay walls, concrete structures, sheet piling, and jetties. Currently serving as a Design Manager at DEME Group since January 2023, Rob also holds a position as a Design Engineer at DEME Infra, where employment commenced in April 2012. Concurrently, Rob has been a Design Engineer at DIMCO BV since April 2012 and previously worked at Ingenieursbureau Gemeentewerken Rotterdam from September 2007 to March 2012 as an Engineer. Rob's educational background includes a Master of Structural Engineering from Betonvereniging BV (2007-2009) and a Bachelor of Built Environment from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences (2003-2007), supported by earlier education at Develstein College and De Rank.
