Robert Dopking started their work experience as a Cadet at McNab in October 2018 and worked until April 2020. Robert then joined Ascot Demolition & Civil in June 2020 as a Project Engineer/Contract Administrator and worked until April 2022. Currently, they work at Delta Group as a Project Engineer starting from April 2022.

Robert Dopking attended Brisbane Boys' College where they obtained their Queensland Certificate of Education. Robert then pursued further education at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2016 to 2020, earning a Bachelor of Urban Development (Honours) in Construction Management. During their time at QUT, their studies focused on construction management, property development, and management. In October 2018, Dopking obtained the certification of Procore Certified: Project Manager (Quality & Safety) from Procore Technologies.
