Chih Hao Huang is a seasoned human resources leader with a strong focus on strategic HR solutions and organizational transformation. They served as Learning & Development Manager at HTC from 2007 to 2012 and later held key roles such as HR Special Assistant to the CEO at SSB and Vice General Manager at UP Inc. Chih is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Southeast Asia region at Delta Electronics Thailand. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Fu Jen Catholic University and an EMBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
