Shuwen Lin possesses extensive experience in product management and client services, having held key roles at notable companies. At Citi, from August 2009 to June 2012, Shuwen served as a Service Relationship Manager. Subsequent positions included Product Management Director at S&P Global from March 2022 to December 2023, and at IHS Markit from September 2017 to March 2022, where Shuwen also contributed as a Client Services Manager. Currently, Shuwen occupies the role of Director of Client Operations & Delivery at Delta Capita since September 2024. Shuwen's academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University, earned between 2005 and 2008.
