Nicole Bell is a seasoned Director of Human Resources at Delta Air Lines, where they lead a team supporting key executives in Operations, People, and Medical divisions. With extensive experience in human resources, Nicole previously served as the General Manager of Human Resources at Delta, managing various aspects of flight operations and employee engagement. Prior to rejoining Delta, they held roles as Human Resource Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement and Operations Manager at Best Buy. Nicole earned a B.B.A. in Human Resource Management from Saginaw Valley State University.
