Juanita Velez is a strategic leader and global marketing expert who currently serves as the Senior Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Delta Air Lines. With a strong background in international business and marketing, they have held significant roles at major corporations including UPS and Delta, where they developed international social media strategies. Juanita is also the founder of HYPE, an organization dedicated to empowering multicultural professionals. Additionally, they currently teach as an adjunct professor at Emory University, focusing on venture capital and minority entrepreneurship. Juanita holds a master's degree in international business and a bachelor's degree in psychology.
