Steve Hicks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, learning, and development across multiple industries. Initially, at Volare Systems, Steve established a national sales network for a cargo loading device in the airline industry. Following this role, Steve served at Wells Fargo from 2006 to 2019 as Learning and Development Manager and later as VP, focusing on creating and facilitating training programs for Sales, Account Management, and Support teams in the Payment Card industry. Prior experience includes serving as Learning and Development Director at First Data Corporation, where Steve managed trainers and supported merchant services education. Currently, at Deloitte since July 2019, Steve leads program initiatives within the Learning and Development Center of Excellence, tailoring curriculums for the Audit professional team in collaboration with leadership.
