Karl Chen has a strong background in the hospitality and finance sectors, beginning a career as a waiter at Bognor Restaurant Ltd from August 2019 to June 2021, followed by a similar role at Regis Restaurant Ltd until September 2023. In September 2023, Karl transitioned to an Audit 12 Month Placement at Grant Thornton UK LLP, where skills in analytical processes, teamwork, and client interactions were developed through assisting in audits for diverse industries. Currently, Karl serves as a Transfer Pricing Tax Analyst at Deloitte since September 2025. Educationally, Karl completed GCSEs and A levels at Chichester Free School and is pursuing a BSc in Accounting and Finance with Placement at the University of Southampton from 2021 to 2025.
