Farah Matar is a Senior ESG and Sustainability Leader at Deloitte with over 16 years of experience advising Fortune 500 companies and global organizations on sustainability strategy, reporting, and regulatory readiness. They specialize in embedding sustainability into business operations and have led ESG transformations across the U.S. and Middle East. Farah was a founding member of the Global Compact Network in Lebanon and held research and consulting roles at the American University of Beirut. They are currently pursuing an MBA with Distinction at the American University of Beirut, further enhancing their expertise in the field.
