They previously served as the Managing Partner at Schwartz Investment House, providing advisory services in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate recapitalizations. Eyal's earlier roles include VP of Business Development & Strategy at Sakal Group and a lawyer at Caspi & Co. They hold an M.B.A from INSEAD and an L.L.B from Tel Aviv University.
