Dong-Ling Chen is a Talent Strategy and People & Culture leader with over a decade of experience. Currently serving as the Director of the Culture and People Team at Deloitte for Consulting in Canada and Chile, Dong-Ling has redefined recruitment strategies and wellness initiatives, significantly impacting employee engagement across the organization. Previously, Dong-Ling held various roles at Deloitte, including Chief of Staff for National Talent Advisory, where they developed key cultural strategies to support leaders during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier in their career, Dong-Ling led programs in the City of Toronto designed to enhance community engagement. Dong-Ling is pursuing a Credential of Readiness at Harvard Business School, an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and a Bachelor of Education in Urban Education and Leadership from the University of Toronto.
