Yara Alassade is a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist currently working at Deloitte. With a background in psychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Yara's journey in education began by teaching English to refugee students and leading them to success in the IELTS exam. Previously, Yara developed and implemented training solutions at Sakura Finetek Europe and Re:Coded, where they managed global mentorship programs and enhanced career development initiatives. Yara also holds a master's degree in HR from Erasmus University Rotterdam and actively pursues further education, including a Dutch language course at Leiden University.
