Matthew Kraus is a Managing Director in Deloitte's Human Capital Practice, specializing in the Financial Services Industry. They have held multiple leadership positions at the City of Grand Rapids, where they planned and executed the Leadership Development Strategy for various business divisions from 1994 to 2004. Following this, they served as the Organizational Development Manager at ARC Biomedical from 2004 to 2006, before transitioning to senior roles at Accenture and EY, focusing on high-value Human Capital Consulting for major clients. Currently, they continue their impactful work at Deloitte, leveraging their extensive experience in human capital and organizational development.
