Jarno Miettunen is an assurance services leader at Deloitte Finland, currently overseeing a team of experts in financial reporting, IFRS, consolidation, capital markets, IPO, and ESG reporting. With 25 years of experience in M&A advisory services, auditing, and corporate group controller roles, Jarno's core competencies include business combination accounting and technical skills in IFRS and Finnish GAAP. Previously, Jarno served as a senior manager and director at PwC Suomi, group controller at both Salomaa Yhtiöt Oy and Affecto Oyj, and as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy. Jarno holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu and has passed the Authorized Public Accountant exam.
