Domenico Tellarini is the President, CEO, and Co-Founder of Next Consulting srl in Italy, a company specializing in HR consulting and services. Starting their career in business development with ADP, Domenico later directed HAY 2000, where they integrated IT solutions with HR methodologies across France, Switzerland, and Spain. Currently, Domenico serves as a Senior Advisor and has authored numerous articles on corporate governance and strategic management. They co-authored the book “Dal dire al fare” and graduated with a Master's degree in Mathematical Science from the Università degli Studi di Milano.
