Daniel McCall is currently a Principal in Washington National Tax for International Tax at Deloitte Tax LLP. They previously served as Deputy Associate Chief Counsel International (Technical) at the IRS Chief Counsel from 2016 to 2025, and held the role of Special Counsel and Attorney-Adviser at the IRS Chief Counsel from 2013 to 2016. Prior to their time at the IRS, Daniel worked as an Associate at Skadden Arps from 2009 to 2013 and as a Legal Assistant at Morgan Lewis from 2001 to 2002. Daniel earned a JD from Georgetown University Law Center in 2005 and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service with a focus on Asian Studies from Georgetown University in 2001.
