Caroline Schoenecker is currently the Managing Director at Deloitte LLP, where they lead the Center for Board Effectiveness, focusing on enhancing the governance capabilities of corporate boards. With a strong commitment to leadership development and strategic initiatives, they previously served as Chief of Staff to the Chief Inclusion Officer at Deloitte, overseeing projects related to staff recruitment and performance evaluation. Caroline's earlier experience includes roles at Strategy& within the PwC network and as a Metro D.C. Corps Member for Teach for America, where they demonstrated a passion for education and student achievement. They hold a BA in Art History from Northwestern University, an MA in Teaching from American University, and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
