Aislu previously served as a Senior Actuary at KazkomLife and BTA Life Insurance Company, where they focused on insurance business analysis, product design, and risk assessment. Aislu holds an Engineer's degree in Automation in Control Systems from Satbayev University and an MBA in Actuarial Studies from Narxoz University.
