Kathy Haines is a seasoned professional and owner principal at Deloitte, where they have cultivated a diverse career since 1998, engaging in roles such as loaned executive and cosource partner. Prior to Deloitte, Kathy worked in internal audit and IT at Usx Corporation from 1990 to 1998. Currently pursuing a BSBA and MBA in Management Information Systems at Bowling Green State University, Kathy is dedicated to empowering women through programs that promote self-sufficiency and continues to explore new hobbies, including pickleball, paddleboarding, and archery.
