Julia Young is a Learning Experience Designer and leader currently serving as the Technical Curriculum Development Lead, Senior Manager at Deloitte, where they focus on innovative and human-centric learning solutions. Previously, they held the role of Learning Experience Director at Decoded, developing data skills and technology education products for global clients. Julia has experience as a Freelance Content Writer and in various learning and development roles within AA Insurance NZ. They have also pursued education in Graphic Design from the California Institute of the Arts and hold a Certificate in Adult Education & Training from LearnPlus.
