Ignacio Siso is the Chief Operating Officer of Deloitte in Spain and leads the Business Operations practice in EMEA. They are a member of Deloitte Spain's Executive Committee, focusing on financial services, operations, and transformation. Prior to Deloitte, Ignacio held several senior positions at Banco Santander in the USA and Spain and was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company in the Iberian office. Ignacio also served as an Assistant Professor at Universidad de Deusto and has a background in computer science and psychology from Universidad de Deusto and Harvard University, respectively.
