Helen Jian has over five years of experience in executive search and sourcing within notable organizations. At Deloitte Consulting from July 2011 to September 2014, Helen served as an Executive Search Consultant, assisting enterprises with strategy formulation and talent acquisition. Prior to this role, Helen was a Sourcing Specialist at Colgate Palmolive from June 2009 to July 2011, where responsibilities included driving indirect sourcing initiatives focused on HR, Marketing, Events, and Professional Services within Greater China. Helen Jian holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Beijing Union University.
