They currently manage a team of four Recruitment Consultants within Deloitte Consulting's Flexible Resource Management team, focusing on large-scale internal project requirements. Candice has a strong background in human resource management, account management, and people development, and has previously held roles as a Recruitment Consultant and Manager at various organizations, including Deloitte and Premier Personnel Group, Inc. They earned a B.Com Honours in Human Resource Management & Industrial Psychology from the University of Pretoria.
