Alice Denis is a Regional HR Director at Deloitte Middle East, where they focus on the Talent function of the Tax Business, overseeing recruitment, HR operations, compensation and benefits, and performance and learning development. Previously, they served as a Consultant at Crown Relocations and held various HR management roles at Degremont and Millennium, where they contributed to strategic HR initiatives and process improvements. Alice has an MSc in Psychology and Sociology from The Sorbonne, a postgraduate degree in Urban Planning and Project Management from IEP Paris, and is pursuing further education in coaching.
