Steven Heist is a seasoned cybersecurity leader currently serving as the Director of Global Cybersecurity Business Architecture at Dell Technologies since 2022. Previously, they held roles at Dell Technologies as both an Enterprise Architect in Network Security and a Senior Manager in Network Security Engineering. Prior to that, they worked at USAA from 2014 to 2017, where they managed a team of Network Security Engineers and oversaw vendor relationships and budgeting for security products. Steven holds a Master of Science in Information Technology with a focus on Infrastructure Assurance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Infrastructure Assurance, both from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
