Louise LOU is currently the GC Talent Acquisition COE lead at Dell Technologies, where they have driven global talent acquisition success since 2015. Previously, they served as a Client Recruiting Consultant at Kelly Services, managing hiring for various departments at Mondelez China in 2015. Louise also has experience as a Corporate Recruiting Specialist at SEPHORA, overseeing the full recruitment cycle for multiple departments, and as a Consultant at an executive search firm, where they focused on the FMCG and Luxury/Retail sectors from 2008 to 2013. They earned a Bachelor’s degree from Shanghai Normal University between 2004 and 2008.
