Katherine Adams (Mackey) is currently the Director of Inside Sales at Dell Technologies, where they lead North American inside business teams focused on data center solutions. With a strong background in History and Education from Colby College, they are passionate about developing talent in the sales and technical fields. Previously, Katherine held various management roles at Dell, including Inside Sales Manager and Sr. Manager of the Associate Inside Sales Program, where they demonstrated leadership in recruiting and coaching sales professionals. They also have experience in educational roles, having interned at the Smithsonian Institution and served as a Student Docent at the Colby Museum of Art.
