Jayanth Thimmaiah is a Senior Manager in Data & Software Engineering with over 15 years of experience in SQL, data modeling, business intelligence, and software solutions. Previously, Jayanth worked as a BI Application Developer at EMC, where they significantly improved query performance and developed complex SSIS packages. At Dell Technologies, Jayanth currently manages initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and optimize processes while leading the implementation of global incentive programs and BI solutions. Jayanth holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, along with two Bachelor's degrees in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
