Hosna Shanks, PMP, has extensive experience in procurement and program management, demonstrated through various leadership roles at Dell and other technology companies. Starting as a Manager of Program Management at Solectron from 1992 to 1996, Hosna then served as a Commodity Manager at Sun Microsystems until 1998. Following this, Hosna held multiple key positions at Dell, including Senior Manager of Commodity Management and General Procurement Commodity Manager from 1998 to 2000, transitioning to Global Program Manager for Commercial Sales Operations in 2011. In February 2016, Hosna took on the role of Senior Manager of Customer Success at Dell Technologies. Hosna's education includes a degree from California State University-Hayward.
