Yeşim Hümay Esin Ilgaz is a Principal at DefineX-ConsultingITechnologyILabs, leading Financial Services teams to implement complex digital and technology transformation projects. They previously held roles as an Automation Engineer and Robotics Engineer at Festo and GE Aviation, respectively, where they developed automation solutions and supported manufacturing processes. Yeşim also served as a Senior Consultant at UniteBT, focusing on RPA and digital transformation initiatives, and as an Associate Manager at Accenture, managing project teams and designing technical architecture for RPA and AI products.
