Ravi Nayampalli is the Founder of Trevedaâ„¢ and serves as a Leadership Performance Coach for the Defense Intelligence Agency, where they also work as a certified instructor within the Officer Development Training Program. With over two decades of experience in the United States Government, they have held senior roles at the Defense Intelligence Agency and the Department of Defense. Currently, as Learning Liaison Officer to U.S. European Command, Ravi advises senior leaders and facilitates programs that enhance resilience and performance. Ravi is certified through an International Coaching Federation-accredited program and continues to support leadership development and organizational transformation initiatives.
