Steven D. Piercey FMP is an experienced construction and facilities management professional with a diverse background in project management and property oversight. Currently serving as the Coordinator - Construction Services at Defence Construction Canada since September 2021, Steven's role involves collaborating with the Department of National Defence on requirements assessment, contract management, and design review. Prior to this position, Steven worked as a Property Manager and Manager - Turnover Services at Ottawa Community Housing Corporation, overseeing maintenance and revitalization projects for housing units. Additional experience includes project management at Tiree, Facilities Manager for the Corporation of the County of Dufferin, and various roles within the Canadian Armed Forces. Steven holds an Executive Diploma in Municipal Management from Western University and has pursued ongoing education through the International Facilities Management Association and other institutions.
